Blending classic American underground styles from early Nirvana to Black Flag, 1995’s ‘Unwound’ had been intended to be the debut album from post-hardcore faves Unwound, recorded in 1992 but delayed for three years. It gathered together their EPs for the Kill Rock Stars and Gravity Records labels with five more tracks from contemporaneous sessions.
